I just know that that is a LLC in the gulf of mexico spinning, and that look like it should already be a T.D., maybe even a storm but i dont want to go that far, but they should upgrade this by 8 P.M. CDT, or really by 10 P.M. CDT at the lastest. If not something is wrong with them.

Yes there definitely is a LLCC in the GOM. Wxman57 has pinpointed it for us from the recon. There is no way it is a TD or TS. It is, as WxMan57 pointed out, a low on the front, with any winds associated with it far away from the center, which will if anything be a hybrid at best when and if it develops more. With more cold air due in tomorrow I doubt we will have a tropical cylclone out of this system, possibly a hybrid type system, but not a TC anytime soon IMO.
If you have something to support your call for a TD or TS please post it. Who is them?

A winter-type storm jewli...non-tropical. Like the type of Gulf storms that cross over Florida in winter, sometimes bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms to the sunshine state; and sometimes wintery precip to Atlanta and Charlotte (snow/ sleet).
vbhoutex - I agree with you 100%. This system has absolutely no chance of ever becoming a significant hurricane....nada. Florida fortunately escapes the "big one" yet again.
