Am I seeing Double?

Which of the 2 blobs of convection that look really impressive this morning is the GOM distubance?

Actually it looks like triplets.. with the middle blob most active this AM..Gimme a LLC under that blob and you will have a TD imho.

I've been watching this. I expected it to "blow" up this morning, but not quite this much. It looks like some cirulation, particularly in the lower one.

Hard to believe the 8 a.m. NHC Discussion was so cavalier in its tone. Looks very impressive to me. The Disc. did mention the very tight gradients. What a rain event this will be! :roll: Can anyone say 1992 NoName Storm?

No name storm of 92 huh Dixie.. Just remember.. no matter how much rain he brings to somebody.. No names and TD's don't get retired lol..

Seriously though, I would not be surprised to see something develop in that area this week.
