New Low Forming

If you look at the satellite loop it looks that another LOW maybe forming near 21.8N 86.0W.

While the original low is now north of the Yucatan basically stationary.

Anyone else notices this...

What you're seeing is the remnant mid-level circulation that was associated with the disturbance over the past few days. It's being drawn north and northeastward up the cold front. There is no low level circulation in that area.
