I expect the location to be in this general area, as per NRL site at 9:30 PM
Also, on Dvorak Satellite Loop eye is becoming more develop which will lead to intensification overnight.

The ULL to the west is now moving faster at about 20 and is no longer a influence on direction. Now being steer by developing ridge to it's north and northwest. Only questions left is will there be a WSW movement in the hours and days to come.

WSW motion unlikely but do not be surprised if it does occur. Folks in the islands need to monitor until Isabel passes away. Only then can you breathe a sigh of relief.
