Which invests will be classified as TC'S? (92L,93L,94L)
Is not a poll with options, but is a question for the members to have choices about which invests will be named storms later on.
I say 92L and 93L.

I say 92L, 93L too. Although 95L may have a small window of opportunity to become a tropical cyclone. I'm still not on board with 94L.

93L, 92L, 94L
93L being quite dangerous and could be a significant event during August 15-19 for eastern Caribbean. Gotta watch that one.

93L seems likely, though there is a question of when genesis occurs. We could be waiting up to a week on that one.
92L has kind of unfavorable conditions ahead of it. So, I'm going with no genesis.
94L is more impressive at the surface than either 92L or 93L. Models have been spitting out progressively stronger solutions, but I will say no for now.
95L despite being kind of attractive I'll say no to that one as well.
I vote 93L and 93L exclusively.

My thought ... none of them become "named" storms.

As of current, my thinking:
93L has the best chance to organize and develop. It is at a bit lower latitude than 92L and more favobable conditions to become a named tropical cyclone within the next 72 hours, although the convection has waned today.
92L is increasingly encountering less conducive atmospheric conditions to develop. It too is battling the dry air surrounding 94L as well.
94L and 95L have small windows for development. 94L may have a chance IF it can survive the next couple of days through the dry air and shear. 95L actually looks better this morning on satellite and may get to be a named cyclone before becoming extratropical over the weekend.

Man...60%, 50%, and 40% and no one seems to want to bite...no faith
I go with Development of 95L, 92L, and 93L. And sure why not, 94L.

95L and 96L. What? 96L hasn't been named an invest yet? Look west of Bermuda near 32N/72W.

95L, 92L, and 93L. In that order, I hope. Harvey's the name I want.
94L has got no shot IMO, and 93L is the most likely to be something at some point.

I am not a meteorologist, and any posts made by me are not official forecasts or to be interpreted as being intelligent. These posts are just my opinions and are probably silly opinions.

Yes WxMan I've noticed the same area. It will probably get its own circle soon, maybe 8pm. We already saw one frontal system produce two tropical storms with Bret and Cindy. Perhaps this one will do the same.
Also, I think 3 out of the 4 current invests will get classified. I'm skeptical of 94L.

Re: Which invests will be named storms (92L,93L,94L,95L)
95l became td6
94l will probably develop into a tropical storm of 60mph and threaten Bermuda
93l I think will become a bad mofo in the long run
92l might become a minimal tropical storm
so basically I all of these develop and 93l becomes a real dangerous issue in the long run

The thread will remain open despite 95L being classified for the members to comment about the other invests.

92L-Tropical Storm, possibly first hurricane. Goes out to sea.
93L-The one to watch. Could be our first major hurricane.
Since TD6 developed and could be Franklin. The next names are Gert and Harvey.

93L-Definitely though it may take a few days. If it doesn't become a real storm I am probably going to give up on this season ever doing anything.
94L-Unlikely
92L-Probable
so I say 92L and 93L
