We're overdue and its been 20 yrs since our last landfall (hurricane bob)

Theres no such thing as overdue, just prepare because it could happen next week or happen 50 years from now

True. Mother nature does not think or say "hmm that area over there hasnt had any storms in 30 years, its time to change it up a bit
