TO THE ERN CARRIBEAN SEA ARE BEING MONITORED
FOR POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT. DESPITE MANY FALSE
ALARMS SO FAR THIS SEASON ...THE PATTERN MAY BE
ABOUT TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE. THERE IS SOME
BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SYS NOW MOVING
WNW THRU THE ERN CARRIBEAN... ALSO WITH A
STRONG TROPICAL WAVE NOW PASSING S OF THE
AZORES. PLEASE REFER TO OUTLOOKS FROM THE
NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER.
