Tropical Storm Ignacio (09E)

#1 Postby senorpepr » Sat Aug 23, 2003 4:46 pm

Ignacio is still holding up pretty well. TAFB and SAB gave him Dvorak numbers of T3.5. He should give Baja quite a bit of rainfall. Nothing significant in local observations. Tepic, Mexico, reported cumulonimbus clouds whereas the following reported towering cumulus: Puerto Vallarta, Colima, San Jose Del Cabo, and La Paz Int'l. One observation to note was out of Isla Maria Madre. Very good chance it's wrong, but funny nonetheless. They reported moderate to heavy freezing drizzle with a temperature of 26°C (78°F).
