The Rio Grande Valley, checking in here. Deep South Texas. Live in Mission, 1 hour inland and work in Harlingen, 20 mins northwest of Brownsville. Both just mins from the Mexican border.

Relocated to Lufkin, TX. No more evacuation scares, just planning ahead for lack of power and water. I did live in Deer Park, TX where Ike's eye passed over our house.
