An open wave that will provide more rain to the already over-saturated areas on the east coast.

Don't count on it affecting the E coast. If it even goes that way, which seems more in doubt each day, unless the trough retrogrades, I don't think it will even affect the East.

Can we now declare 90L dead?? Looks like it is "official" now.

From the lastest NHC TWO-THE TROPICAL WAVE NEAR PUERTO RICO...THE VIRGIN ISLANDS...AND THE
LEEWARD ISLANDS HAS WEAKENED SIGNIFICANTLY AND DEVELOPMENT IS NO
LONGER ANTICIPATED.

I am joining the Ticka bandwagon-two more weeks, two more weeks, two more weeks!!!!
