Our friend El Nino has given me some time right after finishing my undergrad to clean up my website the way I've wanted to. I've made what I hope are significant improvements, and I'd like to have your input and suggestions for further improvements to the content and layout. While the site is optimized for Firefox, it should work well on the latest versions of IE as well, and I have not been able to test on anything else yet such as Opera or Safari. The two pages with the largest changes are the home page and the tropical weather center:
