Here is a new guest mentionned by the latest TWD :)
I have no more info on this, infos and much more are welcomed, any thougts on this?

A 1009 MB LOW IS FOUND NEAR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS AT 17N23W.
LOCATION IS BASED ON SURFACE AND SHIP OBSERVATIONS. THE LATEST
GFS MODEL RUN FORECASTS MOVEMENT TO THE SW AT 20 KT. SCATTERED
SHOWERS ARE WITHIN 90 NM OF THE LOW CENTER.

METAREA 2 is France's area (east of 35°W):

ITCZ along 12N16W 09N30W. Thermal low around 1005 over Sahara. Low
1009 over Cape verde Islands, moving slightly southwestwards,
expected 1011 by 14N30W at 05/00 UTC.
