No big changes at 2 PM

The only change is that it is moving 1 mph slower than at 11 AM now at 24 mph.

I think it is starting to get its act back together again. It will be interesting to see if it begins to slow further in the next couple of advisories.

Some people are saying it's weakening, some people are saying it's reorganizing... AHHHHH!
