1. FORMATION OF A SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE IS POSSIBLE WITHIN
180 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE FROM 14.9N4 64.9W9 TO 14.9N4 71.6W4
WITHIN THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS. AVAILABLE DATA DOES NOT JUSTIFY
ISSUANCE OF NUMBERED TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNINGS AT THIS TIME.
WINDS IN THE AREA ARE ESTIMATED TO BE 25 TO 30 KNOTS. METSAT IM­
AGERY AT 080600Z4 INDICATES THAT A CIRCULATION CENTER IS LOCATED
NEAR 15.0N6 68.0W4. THE SYSTEM IS MOVING WESTWARD AT 20 KNOTS.

Not surprising with the recon data recieved so far. 5N, 68W looks to be the bullseye or maybe 14.5N, 67.5W. Last recon recieved at 8:11am here.
