Short and simple explanation for tropical low problems....

The fact that the system has been heading WNW has moved it into the shear zone of the very upper high that made it look so good yesterday. The convection you see is because of the venilation from the shear, but that doesn't help the organization. The models picked up on this this morning. If the system stayed further South, then it would have traveled along with the upper high into the E PAC.
