wv and movement

does anyone have anything to say about the wv and the way it looks like the ts is going to go across florida and possibly come out on the gulf coast. watch the directions of the top its pulling nw and i dont see a come back to the north

I'm no spurt but I think WV motion is an indicator of the upper levels. I think steering currents are mid to lower level.
