I would be a bit concerned about the storm surge potential along the southwest Florida coastline a few days down the road. Depending on the angle of the movement relative to the coastline, it could open up the possibility for flooding and some storm surge. If it comes in further east on an angle and more of a direct hit to the coastline, especially if the windfield expands a bit due to the influence of the trough, storm surge (and erosion/wave action/flooding) may really need to be watched carefully. The Cedar Key/St. Marks area may need to watch that and other effects VERY carefully as well.
