Center of Circulation-Guest-Bryan Norcross
Tune in Tuesday August 22nd at 9pm for "Center of Circulation" on Internet Partnership Radio. Special guest will be Bryan Norcross, Director of Meteorology for WFOR-TV in Miami, FL. We will be discussing topics from the beginning of his career, his coverage of Andrew in 1992 and his new book, "The Hurricane Almanac". Although technically the system is Debby (as of the new forecast cycle)...until the NHC releases a TC update or an advisory upgrading the system, it pubicly is still TD4.
