Tune in Tuesday August 22nd at 9pm for "Center of Circulation" on Internet Partnership Radio. Special guest will be Bryan Norcross, Director of Meteorology for WFOR-TV in Miami, FL. We will be discussing topics from the beginning of his career, his coverage of Andrew in 1992 and his new book, "The Hurricane Almanac". Sounds good. Are you only going to be talking with Bryan Norcross about his book and stuff or will you be covering the new TD and invest we have out there now?

They lost the call to him and the phone rang 3 times. They are reading out the Debby adv but still called it TD4 even though it's Debby right now.

Although technically the system is Debby (as of the new forecast cycle)...until the NHC releases a TC update or an advisory upgrading the system, it pubicly is still TD4.
