Yeah my Cardiologist recommends Rescue Remedy a couple sprays on the tongue.... he said it calms you down, and relaxes your body. So if your having heart trouble, skipped beats, agina, etc. A couple sprays usually knocks out most of the problem, and reduces anxiety... which causes more trouble usually.

He swears by it, so i bought it about a year ago. Still haven't used it yet. ;)

Hey Jim, i went over to the home depot on 57th, and sure enough when i got there the rain beat me... and it was coming down in moving sheets (true tropical rain) Everyone at home depot was terrified, like they needed to go to the wood dept and start building an arc. Then they looked at me like i was retarded when i walked back outside in it. ;)

Between 4pm and 5 pm today I was in the middle of the "LOUDEST" thunderstorms I have ever been in. I was on Old Cutler near Matheson Hammock in Coral Gables (just south of Miami). These were window rattling, house shaking boomers. I know what LOUD means now!

We are getting some real loud ones now in way west central Florida. So far not rough but real loud. This NWS forecaster that specifically called for this is on the ball!

The only loud thing I heard last night was my annoying ceiling fan that i'm going to throw out the window.
