I know its an old clich'e but right now its a gut feeling I'm getting.
Yes the season has been slow COMPARED to last year, but I hope
complacency doesn't set in, because as stated many times on this forum
we are not even half way through the season.
That was on my chest-I feel better, you all have a great day.

I totally agree with you!! I hate these "gut feelings", kinda makes me sick all over. The last time I felt this sick( yes I have physical symptoms) I posted on here, and within 2 weeks....well, I won't go back there as it is bad "juju". My family is freaking because they lived with me last year when these "feelings" began and they saw what the results were.
Ya know, I just realized I should not use the term gut feeling as this is a feeling in my bones....seriously.
I don't think anyone should let their guard down... it is still way too early.

No, I don't think it's the calm before the storm but just your "average" hurricane season that will eventually ramp up in a few weeks and finish off with a bang in late September. I think alot of us are still expecting the type of season we had in 95' and 05' and I just don't see that happening at all. Yes we will see a coupon a big ones this season and unfortuantely they may eventually cause death and destruction but it's obvious so far it won't be as frequently or common as last season like Katrina,Rita and Wilma. Just my 2 cents
