Two easy questions to answer. The temperatures in south Florida from last year can be found in the local climate section of the NWS Miami web page:

http://www.nws.noaa.gov/climate/local_data.php?wfo=mfl

All the named storms with dates and bests track data can be found at Unisys:

Try Weather Underground (http://wunderground.com) for the former. And I'd suggest checking out the local NWS offices (Key West, Miami, Tampa, etc.) for their local monthly weather reports. Here's the link for Miami: http://www.nws.noaa.gov/climate/index.php?wfo=mfl Hope that helps.
