A NON-TROPICAL LOW IS LOCATED ABOUT 700 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES. SHOWER ACTIVITY WITH THIS SYSTEM IS DISORGANIZED AND DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...IS EXPECTED TO BE SLOW TO OCCUR.
