Can anyone tell me......

When is the trough that is in place off the coast of Africa ever gonna move or dissipate? Every wave it seems that comes off the coast of Africa has been getting a beating and this has been in place for quite a while. I wanna see these blobs of convection coming off the coast of Africa have that lined up look with breaks between the waves. There is too much moisture all jumbled together to get a singled out good looking wave to start forming into a depression. http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT/EATL/IR4/20.jpg

It's actually kind of starting to move now . . . but what does that link have to do with anything? Very irrelevant information there . . .
