Storm Ernie Finds a LLC...

#1 Postby MWatkins » Thu Jun 12, 2003 11:11 pm

The Palm Beach board is down...but Storm Ernie has ID'd a possible LLC associated with ex-TD2...see if you think he's right based on the latest available IR2 (shortwave) image:

Hi MW.

There is still obviously a lot of upper level wind shear around and to the west of former Tropical Depression 2... but we have seen system hang tought to redevelop after weakening in the not so distant past.

I can see the possible location of a LLC. This is something still to watch until there is no signs of anything at all to possibly develop.

Mike, I noticed it earlier this afternoon on the barbados satellite loop that piggy posted at PBP...it looks like it's gotten more pronounced this evening.

I thought I had noticed it earlier too, or actually VERY early yesterday morning. Now it has been mentioned in the lastest TWD from NHC but they also say that there is no chance for redevelopment ATT.

I agree HD and David... that any apparently LLC was more evident this afternoon. What I am referring to (in my above post) is the IR satellite image MW posted, you can see an area that may possibly be an LLC.
