Area between Florida and Cuba?

Convection appears to be increasing, and I do not notice that much shear
in zoom-sat images. Could this area form into anything?

It needs to maintain itself for a day or two and develop a LLC in order to develop.

This is just some convection due to upper-level divergence being driven by the ULLs to the north.
