I don't see anything special going on down there...especially with all the shear....however, it does seem like it has other characteristics going for it (convergence and vorticity @ 850mb).

Only thing I head about this was from Steve Lyons, he said it would be moving inland before it had any time to develop.

That was the same area thay had the floater on last week when we was monitoring the BOC. I don't think they moved it.

Its nothing the MLC is inland near 19 north/97.5 west. Moving northwestward...While a ULL/trough is pushing up the air. No chance for development!!!

Yes I remember Danny..he came back from the dead over eastern NC and dumped a ton of rain here and spawned a tornado in Norfolk.
