I just talked to my sister in Montursville PA. She said they weren't that bad off but east and of south of them they got it bad. Agnes was the last time it was as bad back in 1972. My Bro In Law is a Bridge engineer for PENDOT. He is out on Bride inspection. Long night ahead for him.

An Invest does all this :lol: . Of course it's not just the invest that caused all this, a front stayed there for a period of time. 200,000 seems like a huge evacuation for this...
