That's one of the wind speeds.
1853. 3425N 07747W 02697 0136 231 005 094 088 007 02834 0000000000
That is the wind direction.
I'm looking at this one:
1856. 3418N 07757W 04306 0214 268 015 005 005 015 04528 0000000000
That column is for wind direction, right?

No, that's dewpoint in C.
EDIT: no it isn't. Hold on, let me see if I can find that real quick, but that isn't windspeed IIRC.
EDIT2: yes it is. It's dewpoint in tenths of a degree celsius. That bolded indicates a dewpoint of -0.5C, negative because the last column is an odd number. A reading of 006 would indicate +0.6C.

That column is dewpoint, in your example, wind direction is 268 and wind speed is 015.
Anyhow, the plane is no longer at operational altitude, it's going up to cruising altitude to go home...
