Updates to TPC TC Reports

Both Dennis and Ophelia were revised. Interesting, the original datestamp for the completion of Cindy's report was January 14; it has since been changed to February 14.

That page also shows that the tracks for Katrina and Alpha have been recently changed on the track map. What did they change?
