This convective activity is in association with an ULL in the Gulf of Mexico. If you look at a water vapor loop, it is currently just west of the FL peninsula, and has nothing to do with what was 91L. I am not seeing any major circulation off the east coast of FL, nor am I seeing any low or mid level circulations.
