We at storm2k haved been mentioning it in our updates from yesterday but now the NHC mentions it and surprising they say it has potential to develop in a couple of days.

Your a fast man Luis. I was going to do the 11am and you had it done!! Very interesting that NHC is now saying development possible!!! As you said we have been watching it and will continue to. Have Dvorak no's. been given to the system yet? It sure looks close being eligible for them.

I wonder if they think it'll be able to make it through that shear. In any case, it's something to keep our eyes on.

The latest SAB classification for this low is "too weak." I'd expect this to be raised if the current organization trend continues. However, the main problem with this low will be time; in about 36 hours it will approach the strong shear which will put a cap to any strengthening. Now could it become a TD before then? Possibly. But once it hits that shear, it's a gonner.

Yes very interesting if that happens and beats the shear.
