NAO forecasts: are there any out there?

Are there any outlooks or forecasts for the NAO this year out there? If so, can anyone show me a link to it? Thanks!

NCEP's site forecasts out to 14 days, but as you can see, it isn't verifying very well. It's been forecasting a negagive NAO and the NAO remains significantly positive:

Oh... I thought that a negative NAO results in more Greenland/Canada ridging and eastern U.S. troughiness like we are seeing now, wxman57! Am I correct?

question doesn't a positve NAO mean we might have a strong ridge.

Actually, as of May 15, the NAO is still negative.
