looks like a low got upgraded to a subtropical storm in the post-season analysis, it would have been "Vince" if it were all in order

That thread about the unnamed system is way back in the pages so it would be very difficult to located unless you have the patience to spend plenty of time looking for it.So in this case this member is entitled to post a new thread about it.
