some is better than none however.

No rain is a bit disconcerting, however, remember some extremely dry years like 1998 and we saw no hurricane threats.
True.. but look at 2004 we were dry then to, and we had nothing but hurricane threats.

And lets hope you don't see any this year. I pray that Louisiana sure doesn't.
