Navy site shows Invest 91L, TCP sends out TD #1 email and models are jumping on Invest 88L. Invests in "the 80's" are tests. Not sure where 91L came from and TPC has acknowledged an errant email.
Models are jumping on the Upper Low off SEUS but it is not a Tropical Depression.
Everyone's jumpy after last year...even me. I got a couple emails about it and freaked while cranking up the software. Oye!!!
