NOAA has released a new special outlook for the long-term patterns. They are expecting the weak La Nina to stick around, slowly weakening/changing over to neutral by the summer. They say current long-term pattern suggest a moderating over to neutral conditions by the heart of the 2006 Atlantic Hurricane Season. This means that we may see a pattern between 2004 and years like 1996/1998/1999. What are your thoughts? Here is the article link below...
