I am trying to be serious here. Ever since Tapachula pretty got much got loaded on by the rain and floods of last years canes, I lost relatives and property that I will never ever be able to get back. Can you say the same?

I was only kidding I did not intend to insult you or your family in any manner. I apologize.

I think we will see some tropical formation in the north western caribbean in the anywhere from the 14th to the 23rd of may. What this system might do I have no idea.

You can have the hottest Ocean on Earth, but you'll need lower shear. If the shear relaxes, then something could form any day.

I'm wondering is it normal for shear to be this high so close to hurricane season because if some tropical cyclones form during this time wouldn't the shear need to be low?

well think about it. how many years do we get tropical development in June or earlier?

In the active 2004 season the first tropical cyclone (Alex didnt form until July 31).

Last season (2005) is not comparable to any year past and I dont think it will be to this season. for all we know, tropical development may not come until late July again. But we could also get hit by a season comparable to 2004 (which I think is likely)

It seems to be a good place to start for early season development
