In MHO Wilma can easily keep her heading of WNW or a little north of that slam into the Yucatan peninsula, weaken, miss the trough, stall or meander until the huge ridge comes down and pushes her S, SW or WSW all the way into old Mexico till she DIES. Now this may be wishful thinking on my part but I don't think it's that far fetched the ridge in the western Atlantic is a little stronger than was forecast.

Sorry Gilbert, I see that was a little insensitive on my part. That is a very nice area down there and I'm probably gonna be wrong anyhow. Let's hope together, it gets sheared apart before any landfall
