South Florida Dodges Tropical Rains.
Flood Watches were issued in anticipation of lots of tropical moisture converging over the area..The system that became Tammy was suppose to move over the area but moved NNWesterly & away from here taking that slug of moisture with it..Then the area in that caribbean just hasn't materialized hence the Flood Wathes dropped this afternoon..I dont blame anyone for issuing flood watches..It did appear a few days ago that South Florida was going to get quite a deluge.things just didn't come together for that to happen.
