Can Rita Remnants Redevelop?

Can the Rita portion in the Gulf now, redevelop into anything, and where do models take it from here? Sorry if this is in another thread, I tried to find one.

Just my opinion, no I dont think so because of the UUL se of it. Too much shear.

isnt that a trough and not rita? all afds out of florida mention a trough forecast to move through the panhandle.
