Was he talking about invest 91L? I have a bad feeling about that one, or the possible bahamas storm, or the potential waves coming off Arica- there are so many newborn tropical waves, possible depression. By the way former TD 13 could now regenerate but fortunately, the trough that's taking what's left of Katrina will take this thing with it.

Recap the burn? I know yesterday he mentioned when Katrina makes her way out to the NE and back into the Atlantic, that it can have a effect on pressures in the Gulf, Carrib, etc. Possibly making it ripe for development of storms.
