I can't believe this map has actually become relevant.

Max winds possible are between 150 and 165 knots, until right before landfall, where wind speeds of over 165 knots become possible.

Good post....I just do not see anything stopping Katrina, other than a wishful ERC in the next 12-18 hours...God help those folks now, much less if she goes sub-900mb.

Katrina is about to join her evil sister Camille in the annals of history.
