Survival on a yatch??
They showed a segment on WWL TV about people staying on a yatch during Hurricane Katrina. A few people said they'd ride it out, because their yatchs were tied down, BUT what about other boats? What if a boat was thrown up onto theirs?
Are these people seriously going to try and ride out the storm on a boat??

I lived around water craft my whole life. I've seen, well heard, about experienced captians getting in trouble with summer thunderstorms. If anyone thinks they can make it thru this on a ship moored to a dock . . . which is the worst place to be. . .
I don't care if it is the QEII. . . . . .
My advice is run, don't walk.

A yatch is a boat used for recreational sailing.
'Yatch' isn't in the dictionary...

Maybe the word you're looking for is "Yacht"

Amazing how long a spelling mistake can go on like this...
