Never lost power in Boca Raton
We lucked out in Southern palm Beach County.Never really got that bad and never lost power. My best wishes go out to storm2k members in Dade , Broward and Monroe Counties for a fast cleanup and hopefully very little damage.

Same here in Tamarac and north Coral Springs. Power flickered, went out, back on, flickered, went out, back on a couple times longest outage I was here for in Tamarac was 5 minutes. That was when we decided to head up to University/Sawgrass to where my GF's mom was staying and that was about 5:30p. Power never failed up in CS, and all indications here are that power never went out after that.

We lost power in Delray Beach for a little less than 4 hours. Just enough time to get our new generator working. But the actual wind and rain were pretty mild.
I feel very bad for those further south. Most of the people I work with live in Broward or Miami Dade county.
My thoughts are with whomever really has to deal with this in the Gulf. It's going to be a monster then.
