How many more Insurance Companies going to pull out of Fl

Alot of them wont write in Florida now. I feel bad for homeowners down there.

Yikes just a little more than the 625.00 I pay for a $250,000 house in Raleigh.

We've seen it double in two years. We're closer to water and ours is above $3,000 per year now. And we're not in a flood plain either....

Yet another hurricane surely won't help. Those big ones are still making tons of money though.

Louisiana is just as bad. Our homeowners tripled 3 years ago after lili and Isadore. My home is nowhere near the water and we pay about 2K per year for only 100K in coverage. Never made a claim either. When we first bought this house in 96, it was $450/year.
