Let me show you tha amazing spectacle we could enjoy last 10th March... My town is often visited by this kind of clouds, when wind blows from NW strongly and there is a cold front crossing over Spain.

Wow, those are some beautiful ones. Unfortunately it's practically impossible to catch one out here on the east coast.

You can see altocumulus lenticularis groups just downstream of Sierra Nevada, in the southern Spain (Granada). I have cut with zoom over the area. The region in which I live, is often visited by this kind of clouds, although it is the first time I see a spectacle like this :eek: :eek: :

Amazing pictures!!! A lot of UFO's reported are actually Lenticular Clouds!!!
