Okay, as the people that go onto storm2k chat might know I live in Cape Town, South Africa... We have hardly any thunderstorms or convection ...

So to keep everyone up to date from last year, We had some nice convective cumulonimbus clouds this year... (Some pics I took of them)

And then on the 10/11 April this year we had one of the biggest thunderstorms in living memory of people here, It brought pegeon egg size hail, amazing lightning,heavy rains and some strong winds too, really a rare event here :)
