Tornado thread increasing for Louisiana coastal waters?

Potentially tornadic supercell well offshore Louisiana but moving in the general direction of Eastern Cameron Parish?
No marine warnings yet.
Of course, that far away from the radar, that rotation being detected may not be near the surface.
Sadly, many of the buoys on the Western Gulf section of the NDBC web page are inoperative. South of Freeport buoy is in the warm sector, East of GLS buoy isn't, but I can't see much more closely than that.
