I don't think Fall is EVER coming to Florida. The last two days have been stunning and I have been able to turn UP the a/c and open the windows.... but that has nothing to do with Fall fronts.

I want a cool front. I am not asking for much... drier air, less humidity, breeze... lower 80's for the highs.

Heavy sigh. I would email the weather man again, to ask him to look into his models.. but I don't want to stalk him. ROFLMAO.

Sure, but it won't last long and it is still a bit humid and it isn't because of a cool front.
I want this weather to be a bit more permanent. It is bound to climb up to high 89 with no breeze in just a day or two.

We're still in the 90s for highs, until this weekend!! On Sunday we shouldn't top 80.

Yay fall!

Feeling more and more like fall here. Almost had to put a jacket on last night with temps around 70 and some wind and rain.

So maybe not.. I guess the cold front will not make it here.

BOTH THE GFS AND THE 00Z ECMWF AGREE THAT THE STRENGTH OF THE
RIDGE OVER THE MID SOUTH WILL STRENGTHEN CAUSING THE COLD FRONT TO
REMAIN NORTH OF THE AREA. THE 12Z ECMWF WAS PRODUCING ANOTHER
SOLUTION WHICH JUST DOES NOT SEEM POSSIBLE GIVEN THE STRENGTH OF
THE UPPER RIDGE.

Fall has still yet to arrive here in Houston...

Sure, there have been a few hints of it (mornings in the lower to middle 60s from time to time...a few drier days...less daylight...trees losing leaves), but there has yet to be that first "strong" cold front where you walk outside the next day, take in a deep breath of fresh, crisp air and know that fall has officially arrived.

It's not here in the Mid Atlantic. The leaves are turning though, but the temps have been in the 80's and it's HUMID!

Try Arizona-we had lows in the 40's this morning (30's down by the river) with highs in the 70's and bonedry air. Our mountains had below freezing temperatures in places.

Supposed to get into the low-mid 60's in a few nights. Should be really nice. It's too bad I wake up at noon every day so I never experience the cool mornings.
