But the Question:

How would you rate this Tornado damages ? Please take a short look here.

Based on the first photo where an entire roof appears to have gone I'd go with T4 (52-61m/s). Quite a lot of T3 (42-51m/s) damage there as well with the roof timbers very exposed. http://www.torro.org.uk/TORRO/severeweather/tscale.php

Thanks for confirming. I´d think F3 is rated to much...
